NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Must be a legal U.S. resident in Colorado, Nebraska, or Wyoming, age 18 or above. To enter log on to www.altitude.tv and complete the on-line entry form, and vote for your favorite golf hole out of those depicted. Sweepstakes starts at 12AM MT June 16, 2008. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT, September 30, 2008. Subaru and Altitude Sports & Entertainment ("Altitude") (collectively, "Sponsor"), and each of their agencies or affiliates shall not be responsible for late entries, incomplete submissions, or misdirected or lost entries, or for entries not timely received due to delay in delivery for any reason. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. Only one entry per e-mail address permitted. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry in question will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of the online form will be accepted. Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and conclusive on all matters, and waives any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. Four (4) grand prize winners will be drawn at random by Altitude or Subaru from all eligible entries. One (1) winner will be drawn on each of the following dates: June 30, 2008; July 31, 2008; August 29, 2008 and September 30, 2008. Each grand prize winner will be notified by telephone. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and confirmed as a winner within 24 hours of being selected, the prize will be considered forfeited and a new winner may be selected by random drawing. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Each grand prize winner will receive one round of golf for the four people. Prize includes greens fees for four people plus cart. ARV: $400 per round. Total ARV: $1600. No prize can be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor's sole discretion. The sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor and their subsidiaries, independent retailers, franchisees, licensees, affiliates, divisions, related companies, representative and advertising and promotional agencies and their families residing in the same household. Proof of age, eligibility and identity must be furnished upon request. Restrictions may apply.

By entering this sweepstakes, the winner hereby gives permission to Sponsor to have the winners' name (and each person accompanying the winner on the round of golf), photograph and/or likeness used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law, and agrees to sign associated releases set forth below. Sponsor, their employees, agents and officers, their advertising, promotional and publicity agencies are not responsible for injuries or illnesses claimed to be caused by winner's use or acceptance of a Prize. Claims are subject to verification by Sponsor and all decisions are final. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS. Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, and a Liability Release prior to receipt of any prize. If all completed Affidavits of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Releases and are not returned prior to receipt of any prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. All entries will become the property of Sponsor for use as Sponsor sees fit, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Each winner and any guest shall assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. By entering, each entrant agrees to hold harmless, release and indemnify each of Kroenke Sports Enterprises, LLC, Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Subaru, Inc and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant's participation in the sweepstakes, (ii) the receipt, redemption, or use of the prizes awarded herein.
