Goals came from Cale Makar, Valeri Nichushkin, Nazem Kadri, Devon Toews, and was wrapped up late in the game by young Alex Newhook who potted his first NHL game winning goal with just over a minute and a half to go in the game. This win extends the Avalanche winning streak to five.
